When I take my bath in the middle of night, Tom and Patch  are there.
And I remember the other cats I have been fortunate to know.
They will alll have a special place in my heart.
So when i cry today at the loss of some of my friends
I will remember them well.
You might call me sentimental, you might call me a fool.
But they are a special piece of my life.
I respect them very much and I think they have been a good part of my existence..

Climb the Ladder

May sound rude, but it's a truth, generally the people that work in customer service on hotlines have a very specific decision tree structure that they learn when they are trained. Oftentimes, when you get someone new to the position they will attempt to do everything perfectly, and use the limited tools they have.

Just went through and added all of my pertinent articles from Helium.com to this blog.  I'm trying to corolate all of my media from all of the various websites that I've either written to, or posted to over the years.  Helium is the first completed model of this, although I've done a lot of work on the wetcanvas as well, but have a couple of years of catch-up there as well.

I've also reupdated my zazzle account, so now all print imagery will be going through it.  Their prices are much more reasonable, and I feel more comfortable with their handling of my images than I do with DA or CafePress.

http://musicalsawfestival.org/ not being an East Coaster and all, it's a bit of a drive, although there is apparently one chap flying in from Japan.  Now where did I put my bow and rosin...

   As you can see, I've gone from the hand-coded format to a simple blog.  Fact is the matter is that I'm not much of a coder anymore, and I'm passing that onto the younger generation.  It's my intention with this blog to go through all of the things I've posted onto the interwebs, and even in my personal life, and put them all here, in one central location.  For a lot of you who know me, well, this will give you a better idea as to what I'm capable of as a professional artist and writer.

   It's really a step in the right direction, I think.  Needless to say, it's going to be a lot of work bringing this all up to speed, but I think it'll be worth it in the long run.
